Preventing plastic pellet loss to the environment
GLORY SAS and all its employees continue their improvements and actions to protect the environment, both at our production site and with our partners and service providers, under French Decree No. 2021-461 of 16 April 2021 on the prevention of industrial plastic pellet loss to the environment.
We monitor our activities and their impacts so that the plastic pellets at the heart of our business do not turn into “mermaids’ tears”, and to ensure a lasting future for our planet and for the generations that follow us.

Gender Equality Index
For 2025, our Gender Equality Index (French Index de l’égalité professionnelle) cannot be calculated, as the number of points obtained with the calculable indicators is below 75:
- Pay gap: not calculable, as valid headcount represents less than 40% of total headcount.
- Percentage of employees who received a pay rise in the year following their return from maternity leave: not calculable, as there were no returns from maternity leave in 2025.
We will nevertheless continue to pursue our areas for improvement on the criteria that allow it.
